Senior Approved Services

The customer satisfaction survey process implemented by Senior Approved Services will provide your business with a comprehensive overview of how your clients feel about the quality of service received. It is not a quantitive, qualitative, nor a comparative survey.

Senior Approved Services is a unique company founded for the purpose of advocating for the right of all seniors to receive excellent care (services, and products) and most importantly to remain safe while contracting for these outside services.

Senior Approved Services offers full care management, assisting those in search of excellent elder care resources, at no fee. The individual businesses within this exclusive network are recommended and endorsed based on this customer satisfaction survey.

The businesses within this exclusive network do not pay for clients, leads or referrals. There is no membership fee. In order to be considered, you contract with Senior Approved Services to conduct a confidential survey of your clients.

The questions on the survey were developed from focus group studies conducted by Senior Approved Services across the United States. The focus groups (which were small groups of seniors and adult children – the baby-boomer population) provided the basis for the development of the customer satisfaction survey. Over the course of about three years, representatives of Senior Approved Services spoke with nearly 10,000 families.

Senior Approved Services recognizes that seniors (and the senior citizen’s family members) will have a need to contract with businesses that are not necessarily considered ‘elder care’. The survey/certification process is open to any business that is marketing to this population.

There are three primary prerequisites. You must prove that you have been operating your business for a minimum of one year. You will attest to the fact that you do not have civil law suits pending against you and or your business. And finally, you will attest to the fact that you do not have state violations pending.

The survey is HIPAA compliant. The average return ratio is 90 percent. If your survey results prove an overall 90 percent or higher satisfaction rating, you are awarded the Senior Approved Certification. You then reap the benefits of this designation for a period of two years.
